Position: Senior School Administrator

Location: Southwark

Working Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm - 36 hours, Monday to Friday

Working Pattern: Term Time + 1 week in the Summer Holidays

Contract: Long Term

Pay: Scale 7 scp 14 - 21

Are you a highly organised and efficient individual with a passion for supporting the smooth operation of a primary school? SANZA Teaching Agency is on the lookout for a dedicated Senior School Administrator to join one of our client schools!

Roles and responsibilities as the Senior School Administrator:

• Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the school.
• Handling student records, attendance, and data management with precision and confidentiality.
• Collaborating with teaching staff, parents, and external stakeholders to foster a positive and supportive school environment.
• Assisting with event planning and coordination of school activities.
• Providing excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors.

• Proven experience in school administration.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and office software.
