Pay: £90 - £109.25 per day

SEND Teaching Assistant - Requirements of applicant:

✔ Experience working with children with SEND, including autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs), and other learning difficulties.

✔ Ability to manage challenging behaviour using positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques.

✔ Strong communication skills to effectively support students, teachers, and parents.

✔ Patience, empathy, and resilience to work with pupils who require additional support.

✔ Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe learning environment.

✔ Ability to adapt learning materials and activities to meet the needs of individual pupils.

✔ Collaborative mindset to work effectively with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists.
