This is a pivotal role responsible for the efficient running of the school's administrative functions. We are looking for an organized and dynamic individual who can effectively manage the office team and ensure smooth operations across all administrative tasks.

Job Role:

Lead the school's administrative function, overseeing daily office operations and ensuring efficiency.
Manage a team of administrative staff, delegating tasks and ensuring high-performance standards.
Serve as the main point of contact for parents, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service.
Coordinate student admissions, attendance, and record-keeping in accordance with school policies.
Manage the school's communication systems, including emails, newsletters, and website updates.
Ensure the school complies with safeguarding, data protection, and other statutory requirements.
Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team, including diary management and meeting coordination.
Handle budget monitoring, invoicing, and procurement processes in collaboration with the finance department.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within a school or education setting.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high level of professionalism.
Familiarity with school administrative systems and software (e.g., SIMS, Microsoft Office).
Knowledge of safeguarding, data protection, and financial procedures in schools.
