SANZA Teaching Agency is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Nursery Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in Ealing. This welcoming school is committed to providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment, and they are looking for a dedicated TA to support their Early Years students.

The Role:

As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of young children in Nursery. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
✅ Providing 1:1 and small group support to help children develop confidence and key skills
✅ Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment
✅ Supporting phonics, early literacy and numeracy development
✅ Helping with classroom preparation and ensuring resources are available
✅ Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents to support children's individual needs

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

✔ Previous experience in Early Years or Key Stage 1
✔ GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
✔ A flexible and proactive attitude
✔ Great communication skills, patience and understanding
✔ A passion for supporting early childhood development
