Roles and responsibilities of a teaching assistant:

Support class teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Work 1:1 with students or in small groups with students to enhance their learning experience
Assist in preparing teaching materials and classroom resources
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
