The Role - KS2 Teacher / Key Stage 2 Teacher

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and committed KS2 Teacher to take full responsibility for a Year 5 class within a school that prides itself on collaboration, inclusion, and a strong team spirit. As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will be part of a year group team that supports one another with planning, assessment, and behaviour management, ensuring high-quality outcomes for pupils.

You'll be working closely with another Key Stage 2 Teacher in the parallel Year 5 class, sharing resources and ideas to create engaging, purposeful lessons.

Responsibilities - KS2 Teacher / Key Stage 2 Teacher

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons as a proactive KS2 Teacher
• Maintain high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
• Plan and assess effectively, both independently and alongside the other Key Stage 2 Teacher
• Support the development of pupils across the full Year 5 curriculum
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Create a safe and nurturing environment that encourages all children to thrive

• QTS and experience as a KS2 Teacher or Key Stage 2 Teacher

This role is suitable for an experienced KS2 Teacher or a newly qualified Key Stage 2 Teacher who can demonstrate enthusiasm and professionalism from day one.
