We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join a thriving primary school in Hackney. Our client school in London borough of Hackney, are seeking a dedicated year 2 teacher to join their year 2 class. This role offers the opportunity to inspire young learners and help them achieve their full potential in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a class teacher your Key Responsibilities will include:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the Year 2 curriculum, fostering creativity and critical thinking.
Support pupils in achieving key milestones, including preparation for the end-of-Key-Stage 1 assessments.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and personal growth.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupils' academic and personal development.
Uphold the school's values and commitment to high standards of education.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
Strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and effective teaching practices.
A commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
