Are you a dedicated and qualified CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding full-time opportunity in Hackney? SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to offer a role for an enthusiastic individual to support students in a dynamic and inclusive educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and providing one-on-one support to students.
Student Development: Work closely with children, offering tailored support to meet their individual learning needs.
Behaviour Management: Support positive behaviour strategies to create a safe and effective learning environment.
Resource Preparation: Assist in organising lesson materials and classroom resources.
Progress Monitoring: Track student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents where necessary.
SEN Support: Work with students who have special educational needs (SEN), ensuring their learning requirements are met.
Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, following all safeguarding procedures.

What We're Looking For:

CACHE Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
Previous experience in a school setting, preferably supporting SEN students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and patient approach to working with children.
An enhanced DBS check, as you will be working directly with students.
