Position: Nursery Teaching Assistant

Pay: £85-£95 per day
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

Join a thriving primary school in Croydon as a Nursery Teaching Assistant, where you'll be part of a supportive and dynamic team. Working alongside the class teacher and three other experienced teaching assistants, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
Supporting children with personal care, social development, and learning milestones.
Working one-to-one and in small groups to help children achieve their potential.
Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
Experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting.
A genuine passion for nurturing young minds.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
